BioCatch is seeking an Engagement Manager for Argentina to lead post-sales engagements with top financial institutions in Latin America, based in Buenos Aires. You will manage customer relationships, coordinate with delivery and analytics teams, and drive strategic outcomes across multiple industries.

You will present consultative solutions to executives, maintain trust as a trusted advisor, and identify opportunities to expand BioCatch solutions in your portfolio.

Formación

• 8+ years post-sales consulting in cyber security, fraud, payments or tech with top-tier customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM/quantitative discipline required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is strongly desired.

Responsabilidades

• Act as single point of contact for general consulting, incident reporting and escalation for key customers.
• Coordinate with BioCatch Support, Service Delivery, Threat Analysts and Data Scientists.
• Communicate customer expectations to the Solution Delivery and Threat Analyst teams.
• Lead the project team through customer issues, plan remediation and keep stakeholders informed.
• Schedule and facilitate regular meetings to provide product updates and gather roadmap feedback.
• Present Customer Business Reviews to executives and business owners; drive goals and timelines.
