Capgemini is seeking an experienced Engagement Manager in Buenos Aires to lead technology projects and ensure strategic alignment with business goals. You will deliver governance, manage risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams across complex programs.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in delivery leadership, strong stakeholder management, and a proven track record in agile or hybrid delivery in fast-paced tech environments. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field (Business, Engineering, CS/IT).
• 10+ years of experience in engagement, project, program, or delivery management.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple technology projects and workstreams within scope, budget, quality, and schedule.
• Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Monitor performance via KPIs, milestones, and reporting; ensure governance compliance.
