The role involves onboarding customers, driving product adoption, and acting as a client advocate within the company, collaborating across teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 5+ years of customer success or technical account management experience.
• 5+ years in software development and/or cybersecurity.
• Expertise in managing Fortune 500 customers.
