Capgemini Engineering in Buenos Aires seeks an experienced Engagement Manager to lead multiple technology projects, ensuring alignment with strategy, governance, and measurable outcomes. You will drive governance, risk management, budgeting, and cross‑functional collaboration across global teams, delivering value and continuous improvement.
Advanced English is required; experience with agile/hybrid methods and enterprise tech implementations is preferred.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- Proven experience leading technology and digital transformation projects.
- Experience in governance, risk management and performance reporting.
- Strong command of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
Responsabilidades
- Lead multiple technology projects and ensure delivery within scope, budget, quality, and schedule.
- Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
- Monitor performance via KPIs, milestones, and reporting mechanisms.
- Align project objectives with business priorities and strategic goals.
- Manage risk, issues, decisions, actions, and changes effectively.
