Job summary

Red Bull Argentina seeks a Distribution Partner Manager to grow the Red Bull business with distributors and wholesalers, developing annual plans, driving growth, and tracking KPIs aligned with company strategy.

You will coach partner teams, negotiate with DP management, ensure execution of Red Bull standards, and manage GTM strategy and budgets. Strong leadership, analytics, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Outstanding sales experience in Consumer Goods or beverages.
• +5 years Distributor and Supplier experience preferred.
• Proven track record in team management and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Represent Red Bull with assigned Distribution Partners, develop annual business plans, achieve growth and track KPIs.
• Coordinate regular DP meetings to communicate strategy, review KPIs, identify opportunities and threats, and coach DP teams.
• Negotiate with DP management to improve Red Bull business and drive distribution and execution.
• Plan and execute incentive programs and GTM strategies in the geography.
• Manage budgets related to incentives, POS, and regional accounts where applicable.
• Maintain knowledge of Red Bull systems and ensure data submission and accuracy in reports.
