Amazon Web Services Argentina S.R.L. seeks a Partner Development Manager for the Distribution program in LATAM. You will cultivate and expand AWS Distribution Partners, engage with distributor executives, and drive revenue across market segments.

You will align with regional sales and partner teams to activate joint initiatives and navigate complex negotiations. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, executive relationship-building, and the ability to articulate compelling partner value

Formación

• 3+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services (Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, Networking).
• 3+ years in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• 3+ years in Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration (Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, Cloud Ops).
• 3+ years of working with Data & AI technologies (AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, DB, Storage).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a key member of the AWS LATAM Distribution Team to drive sales, marketing, and partner strategy.
• Develop and manage AWS Distribution Partners, expanding revenue through these partners.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast opportunities.
• Develop strategic plans for the portfolio of partners with regional leadership.
• Negotiate complex agreements and guide program direction with internal stakeholders.
• Communicate value propositions to partners and drive joint sales initiatives at scale.
