Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a Distribution Partner Manager for Región Cuyo based in Mendoza, Argentina. You will represent and manage assigned distributors and wholesalers, develop annual business plans, drive growth, and track KPIs to align with company strategy.

You will coordinate with DP teams, negotiate with DP management, coach field teams, and ensure execution of merchandising standards while building a sustainable go-to-market strategy. Travel up to 90-100% is required.

Qualifications

Outstanding sales experience in Consumer Goods; beverage preferred.
+5 years distributor management experience preferred.
Successful track record in team management and leadership.
Experience with basic administrative programs (Windows, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Local market knowledge beneficial; valid driving license; travel 90-100%.

Responsibilities

Represent and manage assigned distribution partners and drive annual business plans.
Coordinate regular meetings with distributors to communicate strategy and KPIs.
Set targets and monitor DP performance; provide training and coaching.
Ensure execution of Red Bull merchandising standards and plan GTM strategy.
Negotiate with DP management to improve Red Bull's business.
