Walmart is seeking a Director of Executive Compensation to guide strategy, governance, and administration for the officer population. You will advise senior leadership, partner with People Partners, Legal and Finance, and support CMDC activities.

The role blends strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and executive presence to deliver pay solutions that attract and retain top talent across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 5+ years in HR/operations/finance or 7+ years in HR/operations/finance.
• 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare presentation materials for committee meetings with data and analysis.
• Develop executive offers and manage sensitive data with confidentiality.
• Conduct external research on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with third‑party consultant to align compensation strategies.
• Partner with senior Walmart leaders on long‑term compensation strategies.
