• Bachelor’s degree in design, business, or related field with significant experience in strategy.
• Equivalent practical experience in enterprise-size transformation and innovation leadership.
• Experience in AI-assisted design, predictive analytics, or advanced research methods.
• Ability to influence at executive/board level through strategic storytelling.
• Proven skill in shaping enterprise measurement, governance, or design operations.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the end-to-end e-commerce experience.
• Build experimentation frameworks and advise on investments and priorities.
