Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Compensation Analyst to partner with HR and business leaders on compensation, benefits, and incentive programs. You will design, implement, and administer salary structures, market analyses, and executive compensation components, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.

Based in Mexico City, Argentina, or Chile, you will collaborate with HR leadership to drive competitive initiatives, communicate programs to employees, and support training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, HR or related field.
• 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits, including salary analytics.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of variable compensation, salary bands, and market studies.
• Intermediate to advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage compensation and incentive policies and programs.
• Analyze market trends, evaluate roles, and plan salary structures.
• Advise HR leadership to develop competitive initiatives aligned to business needs.
• Assist with executive compensation plans and stock option administration.
• Prepare internal communications and training for employees.
