Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in consulting, investment banking and/or hotel management.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own VIP Client Relationships: primary contact for high-value homeowners and investors.
• Drive Strategic Initiatives: analyze, report, and execute asset management projects.
• Enhance Financial Insights: analyze property performance and key metrics.
• Optimize Portfolio Performance: develop financial models to track revenue, occupancy, expenses, NOI.
• Deliver Executive-Level Reporting: present data-driven reports to stakeholders.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with operations, finance, and marketing.
• Continuous Improvement: implement efficiencies in reporting and analytics.
