AvantStay, Inc. seeks a hands-on technical leader to own property technology and corporate IT, including networking, IoT, identity, access management, and automation across a growing portfolio of properties.

You’ll lead 1–2 junior IT staff, design repeatable standards, and partner with Product/Engineering for seamless integration of property systems. The role emphasizes automating workflows, monitoring health across devices and networks, and applying AI to reduce manual work as AvantStay scales.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in network/infrastructure/IT engineering or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Own property networks, IoT, and corporate IT estates, including security, access, and automation.
• Lead deployment standards for new hotels and multi-unit properties, coordinating with vendors and operators.
• Manage 1–2 junior IT team members, establish playbooks and escalation paths.
• Automate repetitive administration tasks using APIs, scripts, and AI tools.
