The role involves independent due diligence, portfolio performance tracking, and building financial models to enable value creation and risk management for the Investment Committee.

• Perform independent due diligence on investment memos from various vehicles, including financial, operational, market, and tech assessments.
• Evaluate business models, unit economics, competition, regulation, and tech viability—especially for blockchain-enabled fintech.
• Prepare investment memoranda with rationale, risk assessment, and exit strategy for the Investment Committee.
• Maintain ongoing review of the portfolio, tracking KPIs, financial metrics, and milestones.
• Produce independent performance analyses highlighting deviations from projections and value drivers.
• Identify underperforming positions and recommend corrective actions or divestment strategies to the Investment Committee.
• Track developments in global and regional fintech/blockchain landscape for trends and opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models to support forward-looking scenarios.

REAL STATE INVESTMENT & PORTFOLIO MANAGER (100% REMOTE)

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Portfolio Manager to collaborate closely with the Fund's Directors in managing our real estate investment portfolio. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the Central and Latin American markets, combined with a strong understanding of hospitality and development projects on a global scale. This role demands both financial acumen and technical construction knowledge to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and value creation across all holdings.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct thorough fundamental analysis and valuation of prospective investments across a range of deal structures.

Perform independent due diligence on investment memos originating from various investment vehicles, including financial, operational, market, and technological assessments.

Evaluate business models, unit economics, competitive positioning, regulatory environment, and technology viability—particularly for blockchain-enabled fintech solutions.

Prepare comprehensive investment recommendation memoranda with clear rationale, risk assessment, and exit strategy for submission to the Investment Committee .

Maintain an ongoing review of the existing portfolio, tracking key performance indicators, financial metrics, and milestone delivery.

Produce independent performance analyses on a regular cadence, highlighting deviations from projections, value-creation drivers, and areas of concern.

Identify underperforming positions and recommend corrective actions or divestment strategies to the Investment Committee.

Track developments in the global and regional fintech/blockchain landscape, identifying emerging trends, regulatory shifts, and new investment opportunities.
