Job summary

AvantStay, Inc. is seeking a Property Onboarding Manager to guide new homeowners from contract signing to live listing. You’ll own timelines, milestones, and quality standards, serving as the primary liaison between homeowners and internal teams.

In this role you’ll leverage our tech stack and dashboards to track progress, surface risks, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring brand standards and compliant operations across a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in property onboarding or project management.
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, or property management.
• Proven success managing client-facing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding lifecycle from contract to live listing.
• Serve as primary liaison between homeowners and AvantStay stakeholders.
• Use dashboards and tools to track onboarding progress and risks.
• Collaborate across teams to keep tasks on schedule.
• Identify opportunities to automate onboarding tasks.
• Analyze onboarding metrics to drive improvements.
• Provide updates on progress, risks, and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Lead cross-functional onboarding and operational initiatives.
• Uphold brand standards before listings go live.
• Lead special onboarding projects as assigned.
