Job summary

FullStack Labs, Inc. is seeking Forward Deployed Engineers who embed with enterprise teams to architect, build, and operationalize AI-powered solutions.

You’ll combine consulting, engineering, and hands-on delivery to ensure AI initiatives are scoped, engineered, and deployed with production-grade quality. You’ll lead discovery conversations with executives and engineers, design end-to-end architectures, and deliver prototypes that prove value within weeks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Shipped at least one agentic AI solution or LLM workflow to production.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Hands-on experience with AI developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Experience leading client-facing discovery calls and translating requirements into technical architectures.
• Experience designing/rest APIs, microservices, or event-driven architectures.
• Experience building agentic systems using orchestration frameworks/APIs (LangGraph, LangChain, MCP).
• End-to-end ownership from discovery to deployment; strong debugging and CI/CD focus.
• Agile / Scrum teamwork experience.

Responsibilities

• Discover and shape problems with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Structure process specs for automated business workflows.
• Architect and design agentic systems with emphasis on context and retrieval architecture.
• Build working systems: agents, retrieval services, evaluation tooling, data flows.
• Own CI/CD for AI systems, including prompt/versioning and evals in pipeline.
• Operate Day 2: observability, cost, latency, drift, and knowledge handoff to client teams.
• Present decisions to CTOs and engineering leaders; support pre-sales scoping.
