Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in engagement management, program/project management, business development, or client delivery.
• Experience in an agency, SaaS, technology, or consulting environment is preferred.
• Exceptional spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate confidently with U.S. executives.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and delivery across a portfolio of engagements from planning through delivery.
• Manage day-to-day communications, project updates, and risk management with internal teams.
• Translate complex client needs into actionable problem statements and coordinate with engineering on technical issues.
• Frame updates around ROI, time savings, and operational improvements, not just tasks.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagement scope and drive account growth.
• Navigate ambiguous challenges, prioritize effectively, and support continuous improvement.
