Nango is a developer infrastructure company and the leading provider of API access for agents and apps. A Staff Platform Engineer will own the cloud platform end-to-end, including BYOC deployments, and set the standard for reliable scale.

You will drive the product roadmap and work with a small autonomous team to ship quickly while maintaining security and compliance. The role requires 10+ years in platform or SRE roles, deep AWS and Kubernetes experience, and a strong product mindset.

Formación

• 10+ years in platform, infrastructure, DevOps or SRE roles in production.
• Deep production Kubernetes experience and opinions about when it's the wrong tool.
• Experience with BYOC, single-tenant, on-prem, or air-gapped environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale the cloud infrastructure behind the open-source platform.
• Lead BYOC deployments with provisioning, upgrades, and observability.
• Operationalize IaC and GitOps foundations for fast shipping at scale.
• Make reliability a product feature with meaningful SLOs and incident processes.
• Lead the data layer: Postgres, Redis, Elasticsearch, and ClickHouse at scale.
• Own infrastructure security and compliance: SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA, security reviews.
• Shape roadmap and strategy with high ownership.
