The Mobile-First Company is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to shape the core backend and platform architecture. You will mentor engineers and lead critical initiatives across data infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer tooling, ensuring scalable, reliable growth for our AI-enabled products.

Join a small, high-ambition team working across Paris, Buenos Aires, and Miami with English as the official language and Spanish/French spoken among colleagues.

Formación

• 7+ years in building and operating large-scale backend systems.
• Experience owning or influencing architecture decisions across teams.
• Proven ability to design scalable, observable and reliable systems.
• Experience integrating AI models into production is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design and evolve the core backend and platform architecture powering all applications.
• Mentor and support other engineers across the team.
• Lead complex initiatives across backend systems, data infra, CI/CD, and tooling.
• Define scalable foundations to ship faster and operate reliably as we grow.
• Collaborate with cloud services like AWS, Supabase, and Cloudflare.
