Coderio seeks a hands-on DevOps/Platform Engineer to manage and scale AWS-hosted infrastructure underpinning our platform. You will automate deployment, strengthen observability, and maintain IaC using CloudFormation and Terraform while supporting Rails/React services.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability, security, and on-call incident response across global projects, leveraging modern cloud-native tech and strong automation culture.

Formación

• 3+ years in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or SRE roles.
• Strong hands-on experience operating production infrastructure on AWS.
• Proficiency with IaC tooling; CloudFormation preferred, Terraform highly valued.
• Hands-on Docker and container orchestration (ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes).
• CI/CD exposure with GitHub Actions, Buildkite, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Observability practices with Datadog, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Splunk.
• Linux systems and scripting with Bash or Python.
• Advanced/Fluent English communication across distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provision, maintain, and scale AWS infrastructure (ECS, EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM).
• Automate delivery with CloudFormation and Terraform, manage state and drift.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Buildkite, GitHub Actions) for safe deployments.
• Maintain production monitoring, dashboards, and alerts (Datadog).
• Support containerized workflows (Docker) and runtimes (Rails/React).
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, RCA.
