Monks seeks a Content Creator to lead social content across platforms, leveraging AI tools to craft ideas with cultural relevance. You will manage daily community engagement and moderator duties, ensuring content resonates with local audiences and meets brand objectives.

Formación

• 2+ years of proven work experience as a social-first creative for an agency/brand.
• Experience developing social executions for brands.
• Upper intermediate/advanced English written and verbal communication.
• Experience using AI tools for scripts and visual content.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and adapting content plans.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute creative and engaging social media strategies across channels.
• Manage day-to-day social content on Instagram and TikTok; adapt content for each channel.
• Identify social opportunities within wider creative ideas.
• Use AI tools to propose and create social content.
• Develop a monthly social editorial calendar aligned with the content team.
• Create content in response to social trends and real-time data.
• Ensure content complies with copyright and data protection laws.
• Present ideas clearly to clients and colleagues; adjust content based on feedback.
