Monks is seeking a Content Creator to develop engaging social content and manage local community across platforms such as Instagram and TikTok. You will collaborate with strategy, creative, and technology AI teams to deliver culturally relevant, high-impact content that resonates with local audiences.

You’ll use AI tools to craft scripts and visuals, adapt content for different channels, and maintain a monthly editorial calendar that aligns with our brand objectives.

Formación

• Social native with active presence across platforms.
• 2+ years as a social-first creative for agency/brand.
• Experience developing social executions for brands.
• Basic experience using AI tools for scripts and visuals.
• Good English written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies with strategy, creative and AI teams.
• Manage day-to-day social content across channels (Instagram, TikTok).
• Spot opportunities within wider creative ideas and propose content.
• Use AI tools to create social content.
• Develop monthly editorial calendar aligned with content team.
• Create on-trend content in real time and respond to feedback.
