Monks is seeking a Senior Creative to lead the creative vision for innovative digital campaigns for a world-class packaged goods brand. This role blends bold strategic leadership with hands-on execution, delivering high-quality assets across platforms while embracing AI-driven workflows.

You will mentor juniors, collaborate with marketing, strategy, and production, and translate briefs into actionable visual direction.

Formación

• 4+ years of high-level experience developing concepts, pitches, and big ideas for brands in digital/advertising environments.
• Proven experience leveraging AI and automation technology in the creative workflow to drive efficiency and innovation.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in conceptual development, art direction, and digital advertising materials.
• Experience mentoring and providing constructive feedback to junior team members.
• Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

• Generate clear, bold, and strategic ideas and develop creative concepts for innovative digital campaigns across platforms.
• Lead the overall art direction, including style proposals, visual concepts, mockups, and prototypes for new campaigns.
• Go beyond the brief to push creative and technical boundaries and deliver compelling assets.
• Translate briefs into actionable visual direction and design briefs for production teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, strategy, production) to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Maintain hands-on capability for pixel-perfect execution and final asset delivery across social, motion, and POS media.
• Stay informed about cultural and creative trends and incorporate insights into work.
• Mentor and support junior creatives, providing direction and feedback to foster growth.
• Manage multiple projects, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines with high-quality output.
