Monks is seeking a Content Creator to develop and manage social content across platforms while staying ahead of trends. You will craft publications, shoot and edit content, and ensure alignment with brand strategy.

Formación

• 2+ years of proven work experience as a social-first creative for an agency / brand.
• Experience developing exciting social executions for brands.
• Must be comfortable recording content on-camera and managing the end-to-end production process, including copywriting and creative development.
• Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and how to address community needs.
• Video editing is a must, and ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
• Excellent awareness of emerging social trends across platforms.
• Ability to craft reactive content in response to trends.
• Experience with brave, innovative brands pushing cultural boundaries.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies in collaboration with strategy and creative teams.
• Manage day-to-day handling of social content across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube; adapt content per channel.
• Spot social opportunities within broader ideas; focus on Instagram and TikTok.
• Develop a monthly social editorial calendar aligned with the content team.
• Create on-trend content in real time responding to social trends.
• Ensure content complies with copyright and data protection laws.
• Present ideas to clients and colleagues with clear rationale; explain and defend concepts.
• Oversee end-to-end production from ideation to delivery of social content.
• Monitor performance metrics to inform future creative development.
• Understand platforms and real-time trends to trigger new ideas and proposals.
