Monks is seeking a Mid AV / Multimedia Designer to craft multimedia assets for social campaigns, blending graphics, video, sound, and AI-driven elements to meet client goals and brand standards.

You will collaborate with the Social Media and AI teams to generate assets at scale, manage timelines, and adapt visuals for a fashion ecommerce audience. Strong video and motion design skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience in advertising or production in a multimedia role.
• Knowledge and experience in AI-driven content production for social media.
• Strong video editing and motion design skills.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Strong experience in social media, creative calendar management, and asset production.
• Social first ideas: deep understanding of digital platforms and social formats (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and YT).
• Visualization of creative campaigns for a fashion focused ecommerce platform.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a high volume of assets on the agreed dates to achieve goals.
• Generate motion and premier templates for asset production at scale.
• Overseeing the end-to-end production of digital assets.
• Be able to adapt existing brand visuals or develop new ones.
• Have the ability to adapt ideas for social media in real time.
• Work hand to hand with the Social Media Team and AI technical team to provide ideas for the asset production.
