Monks seeks an Audiovisual & AI Production Lead to guide end-to-end production of video and audio content for major brands. You will manage post-production teams, align with creative, account and brand stakeholders, and drive high-quality outputs across channels.

The role requires strong leadership, deep post-production skills, and hands-on AI tooling experience to optimize workflows and deliver immersive narratives.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience producing and leading audiovisual projects.
• Strong portfolio with video, audio, and integrated content for major brands.
• Deep technical proficiency in post-production workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and models (ComfyUI, Runway, Higgsfield, Flora, Weavy).
• Experience working with AI and automation platforms and tools.
• Experience in managing AI tools for audiovisual productions.
• Software requirements: Adobe Creative Suite with an emphasis on Premiere and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve and Pro Tools knowledge.
• Basic understanding of VFX software like Nuke and 3D software like Blender.
• Proven leadership skills; able to motivate, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication and project management; able to balance multiple priorities and adapt to rapid changes.
• A collaborative, professional, and customer-centric mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the audiovisual production process from concept to final delivery for campaigns.
• Provide technical and creative direction to a multidisciplinary team, as well as mentorship, guiding efforts across the whole post production workflow.
• Lead a team of editors, animators, designers, sound designers, and AI artists to ensure on-time delivery and high quality.
• Lead a team of AI Artists defining workflows and tooling standards.
• Ensure the team follows best practices and streamlined processes for pixel-perfect quality on schedule.
• Collaborate with creative directors, producers, and brand stakeholders to define project vision and strategy.
• Manage time estimates, talent schedules, and skill sets to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee quality control for brand compliance and technical platform specs.
• Stay up to date with trends in AV tech and tools; recommend new approaches.
• Foster a positive, high-performing team culture rooted in creativity and customer focus.
