Monks seeks a Senior VFX Compositor to lead high-volume regional VFX and 3D output, supporting the Center of Excellence on global accounts. You will merge live-action, 3D elements, and AI content into photoreal visuals for large-format OOH, social, and advertising campaigns across Latin America.

You will collaborate with 3D artists, retouchers, and supervisors to ensure top-quality shots, meeting tight deadlines while optimizing pipelines with AI tools.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in VFX/3D within advertising or gaming agencies.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Autonomy to manage ongoing tasks independently and meet deadlines.
• Ownership of shot quality, deadlines, and technical execution.

Responsabilidades

• Combine 2D, 3D, and AI-generated elements into final shots using Nuke and After Effects.
• Integrate generative AI into compositing pipelines to optimize delivery and reduce hallucinations.
• Execute rotoscoping, keying, tracking, and matte extraction with color/lighting/grain matching.
• Collaborate with 3D artists, retouchers, and supervisors to maintain quality and continuity.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize scripts, and ensure strict quality control.
