Media.Monks is seeking a Retoucher/Compositor to craft seamless visual work for leading agencies and brands in our BA team. You will handle tracking, matte extraction, layering, and color matching, plus retouch AI-generated and product images for social content.

You will work on composites from AI footage, cameras, and 3D renders, collaborating with editors, 2D/3D artists, and the digital advertising teams across offices. Apply your planning skills to visualize client ideas and scale productions.

Formación

• ≥3 years hands-on compositing and retouching experience.
• Experience in commercial production workflows within a full post-production team.
• Familiar with AI generation tools in the workflow.
• Proficient with NUKE, PSD and AE.
• Up-to-date on AI innovations as alternatives to traditional tools.

Responsabilidades

• Composite shots with tracking, mattes, layering and color matching.
• Retouch AI-generated and product images for social content.
• Work on composites from AI-generated footage, cameras, and 3D renders.
• Collaborate with BA team and post-production team across offices.
• Help visualize ideas for clients and contribute to planning shots.
• Handle large asset workloads with efficient production timelines.
