Monks is seeking a highly organized Semi-Senior Motion Animator who will architect our visual output for multi-language campaigns. You’ll craft scalable templates, automate workflows, and ensure pixel-perfect localization across regions, while maintaining rigorous QA across massive asset libraries.

You’ll work at the intersection of high-end design and large-scale execution, using After Effects expressions, scripting, and Google Workspace tools to drive automation and quality at speed.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in an agency or fast-paced creative team.
• Portfolio showing high-end motion work with dynamic/programmatic projects.
• Proven track record of localizing content for multiple regions or AB testing.
• A hacker mindset—always looking to automate repetitive tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Master Template Architecture: design, bulletproof After Effects templates with intelligent adaptation for varying text lengths and localized content.
• Precision Localization: manage end-to-end rollout of global campaigns with language and cultural nuances.
• Workflow Automation: use AI-assisted tools to connect data feeds to templates and trigger high-volume renders with minimal manual work.
• Asset Scaling & QA: maintain large asset libraries and ensure exports meet brand and technical specs.
• Strategic Creative Development: design Hero motion assets that power automated systems and scale reliably.
