Monks in Argentina is seeking a Senior VFX Compositor to lead high-volume regional outputs, integrating live-action, 3D, and AI content into photorealistic visuals for large-format OOH, social, and campaigns across Latin America.

You will collaborate with 3D artists, retouchers, and supervisors to ensure color, lighting, and grain consistency while meeting tight deadlines and pushing AI-enabled workflows.

Formación

• 5+ years in VFX/3D within advertising or gaming agencies.
• Proficient with Nuke and After Effects; basic Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus.
• Experience integrating AI tools into post-production workflows.
• Versatile portfolio showing varied compositing work beyond screen replacements.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Combine 2D, 3D, and AI-generated elements into final shots using Nuke and After Effects.
• Integrate generative AI video and image models into compositing pipelines to optimize delivery and fix hallucinations.
• Rotoscoping, keying, tracking, and matte extraction while matching color, lighting, and grain.
• Collaborate with 3D artists, retouchers, and supervisors to maintain visual quality under deadlines.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize scripts, and ensure quality control.
