Monks is seeking a Senior 3D Generalist in Buenos Aires to lead modeling, texturing, shading, lighting and rendering for high-end CGI projects. The role focuses on hard-surface modeling, virtual set creation and delivering high-quality renders for premium clients.

The candidate should have 5+ years in advertising or VFX, strong Cinema4D or Maya skills, and experience with Octane or Redshift. Fluent English is required, with a collaborative, self-directed work style.

Formación

Lead and execute steps of the 3D pipeline with a strong focus on modeling (hard surface, objects, screens), texturing, shading, lighting and rendering.
Build, dress and light virtual sets/environments to match project aesthetics.
Maintain visual quality and render times across projects while managing time and budget constraints.
Produce high-quality, aesthetically pleasing renders.
Receive feedback from directors, leads and clients and apply necessary corrections.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with animators, compositors, and other generalists to establish an efficient framework and ensure workflow and quality.
Assure the best visual and technical quality of created assets before handing over to compositing.
Work with a growing team of CG Artists to deliver on demanding CGI projects.
