Monks is seeking a Sr. Animator/2D Motion Designer to lead brand campaigns across social content, hero videos, and multi-platform toolkits. You will own the animation process end-to-end from concept to final delivery, collaborating with directors, producers, illustrators, and a global team.

You will mentor junior animators, push new techniques, champion generative AI in workflows, and maintain brand integrity across languages and formats while meeting tight deadlines.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in motion design and 2D animation.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Runway, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Whisk, or similar.
• Strong visual design sensibility across typography, colour, layout, and composition.
• Proven ability to manage time, flag risks early, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Collaborative mindset — capable of leading, mentoring, or taking notes from a craft director.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full animation lifecycle — pre-production to final delivery — across social assets and multi‑platform campaigns.
• Lead early-stage ideation with art directors and leads, translating briefs into high-quality motion work.
• Build and optimize production templates to improve speed and consistency for the global team.
• Maintain brand integrity across formats and languages, flagging risks and timelines.
• Champion generative AI tools and stay ahead of market trends in animation workflows.
• Present work and contribute to creative conversations with cross‑functional teams across offices.
• Mentor junior and semi-senior animators, sharing progress and solutions.
