Job summary

Encora10 is seeking a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) for a fully remote LATAM role. You will own how work moves through the product, from field capture to review, focusing on process and flow rather than visuals. You’ll collaborate with a second designer and report to the Head of Engineering.

The role emphasizes designing offline/retry states, writing detailed flow specs, and shipping small, steady improvements. 40 hours weekly with overlap to US Pacific time.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows (B2B, SaaS, operations, or field tools).
• Portfolio showing the whole path from problem to mapping to logic to final.
• Systems thinking: design for states, branches, permissions, errors.
• Write clear flow documentation and specs engineers can build from.

Responsibilities

• Map property management workflows end to end from field capture to sync to review to report.
• Talk to workflow users and redesign with fewer steps.
• Write the logic, branches, and edge cases behind each flow so engineering builds it right the first time.
• Design offline and retry states so users know what happens when signal drops.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with usability runs.
• Annotate specs (states, rules, microcopy) for engineers to build with minimal back-and-forth.
• Review builds, log issues, and verify fixes before sign-off
