Job summary

Fullstack seeks a UX Analyst (Product Workflows) for a field-operations SaaS product. You’ll own how work moves from field capture to review and reporting, focusing on flow logic, states, and handoffs between mobile and web.

This role emphasizes process over visuals and collaborates with a visual designer while reporting to the Head of Engineering. You’ll map end-to-end property-management workflows, rewrite complex flows to reduce steps, document flows for engineering, design offline/retry

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows in B2B/SaaS environments.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end flow mapping and logic, not just polished screens.
• Systems thinking: design for states, branches, permissions, errors, and empty cases.

Responsibilities

• Map property management workflows end to end from field capture to sync to review to report.
• Rewrite flows with fewer steps and fewer handoffs.
• Write the logic, branches, and edge cases behind each flow for engineering to implement.
• Design offline and retry states so users know what happens when signal drops.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with quick usability runs.
• Annotate specs (states, rules, microcopy) for engineering to build from.
• Review builds, log precise issues, and confirm fixes before sign-off.
