Baker Hughes seeks a Commercial Lead for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin. You will drive commercial strategy, manage the full sales cycle, and engage with operators and drilling contractors to deliver high‑value, data‑driven solutions.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and product lines to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction, identifying cross-sell opportunities and maintaining robust CRM pipelines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Directional Drilling, MWD/LWD, motors, RSS, or BHA optimization.
• Proven ability to interpret wellbore data and key drilling KPIs.
• Experience working with operators in shale basins (e.g., Vaca Muerta).
• Track record of managing technical sales cycles and influencing procurement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Directional Drilling Services in the Vaca Muerta basin.
• Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, scoping, pricing, proposals, and contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with operators and drilling contractors; deliver technical value presentations.
