RYZ Labs is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Recruiting team in Buenos Aires and help attract top technical talent for global clients. You will partner across teams and run sourcing campaigns to hire the best talent the industry has to offer.

You will have opportunities to work with a distributed US/Latam team and drive end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on impact and efficiency. Strong English and 5+ years of recruiting experience are required.

Formación

• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
• +5 years of technical recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruiting processes.
• CTS/ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships.
• Strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
