Job summary

Limitless Agency is seeking a Senior In-House Recruiter to own sourcing, screening, evaluation, and hiring. This role emphasizes proactive headhunting and direct outreach to passive talent, with initial volume of 2-3 hires per quarter and a focus on internal hiring before expanding to clients.

You will shape and scale recruiting using modern tools and automation, while working remotely from Latin America during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and headhunting.
• Strong sourcing and outreach to passive candidates.
• Ability to run structured interviews and assess fit for marketing/IT roles.

Responsibilities

• Own searches from intake and sourcing strategy through screening and hiring.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via outreach and referrals.
• Build talent pools and maintain follow-up with candidates.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing skills, English, and culture fit.
• Coordinate assessments when applicable and present evidence-based recommendations.
• Improve recruiting docs, scorecards, workflows, and interview processes.
