Job summary

Remotely+ is seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with staffing, BPO, or high-volume recruitment experience across Latin America. The role is remote and requires exceptional English for US-based clients, with interview, candidate summary, and stakeholder communication responsibilities.

You will manage multiple searches, source candidates, screen high volumes, and build robust pipelines. Use AI, ATS/CRM tools (Zoho Recruit) to improve efficiency as we scale the recruiting function.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in staffing, BPO, or high-volume hiring.
• Excellent written and spoken English with client-facing experience.
• Experience managing multiple roles and large candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting across Latin America and within staffing agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple recruiting searches across industries and functions.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals, and social media.
• Screen high volumes of applications while upholding hiring standards.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess English proficiency, experience, and fit.
• Prepare candidate summaries and recruiter notes for clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and CRM systems.
• Build and nurture pipelines for frequent/hard-to-fill roles.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements.
• Develop templates, interview guides, and workflows for scaling recruiting.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to boost productivity while preserving judgment.
