You will own a territory, prospect, pitch, and close partnerships with SMBs, driving growth through a consultative, Uber-first approach. You will build a robust pipeline using Salesforce, forecast precisely, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions while managing high-volume activity and complex negotiations.

Qualifications

• 12 months of full-cycle B2B sales OR 24 months of BDR experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Ability to develop an account prioritization framework and identify opportunities.
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospecting, pitching, and closing partnerships with SMBs for U4B products.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline using Salesforce and forecast with discipline.
• Identify and remove blockers using a consultative approach to win client commitment.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Product, and Legal to craft scalable proposals.
• Navigate ambiguity and internal complexity to unlock value for clients and Uber.
• Manage hundreds of prospects with high organization and timely follow-through.
