Job summary

Join a global prospector group and collaborate with Commercial Development and Sales Managers to shape strategy, drive market intelligence, and build a robust funnel. You will leverage Salesforce, analyze KPIs, and coach teammates toward high performance, with emphasis on development

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in prospecting, telemarketing or sales.
Proven track record of meeting quota.
Strong understanding of sales KPIs.
Effective communicator across functions, cultures and geographies.
Familiar with S&P Global Market Intelligence offerings.
Experience with a CRM tool (preferably Salesforce) and reporting.
Ability to engage, motivate and develop team members.
Goal- and action-oriented with revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Mentor a team of newly hired prospecting reps while meeting personal lead targets.
Collaborate with Commercial Development Manager to shape strategy.
Generate a funnel full of qualified leads for sales teams.
Grow knowledge of market activities and communicate findings to management.
Develop onboarding and ongoing education with the Education Team.
