Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking an experienced Sales Representative Immunology Dermatology GBA Sur to mentor a growing prospecting team while meeting personal lead targets.

You will collaborate with regional Sales Managers and the Commercial Development Manager to develop market intelligence strategies, drive high-quality introductions, and ensure a steady funnel of qualified leads for the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience with prospecting, telemarketing and/or sales.
• Proven track record of achieving quota.
• Strong understanding of sales KPIs.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and reporting.
• Comfortable working across cultures and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of newly hired prospecting reps while meeting your own qualified-lead target.
• Develop strategy with Commercial Development Manager and regional Sales Managers for Market Intelligence.
• Generate interests in offerings and maintain a funnel of qualified leads for sales teams.
• Collaborate to evolve onboarding and ongoing education for the team with Education Team.
• Drive cross-team feedback to improve efficiency and productivity.
