Job summary

S&P Global Market Intelligence in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking a Sales Representative Immunology Dermatology for the GBA Sur region. The role focuses on mentoring a prospecting team while maintaining personal sales targets and generating qualified leads.

You will collaborate with regional Sales Managers to develop strategy, leverage Market Intelligence products, and ensure a steady funnel of opportunities for the sales teams. English proficiency required for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience with prospecting, telemarketing and/or sales.
• Proven track record of achieving quota.
• Strong understanding of sales related KPIs.
• Solid communicator across functions, cultures and geographies.
• Experience with CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Mentor a team of newly hired prospecting reps and drive attainment of goals.
• Generate new qualified leads in addition to personal targets.
• Collaborate with Commercial Development Manager to shape market intelligence strategy.
• Develop a repeatable cadence to drive quality introductions for internal conversations.
• Manage stakeholder expectations in Revenue org and provide regular updates.
• Improve processes with operations to convert external interest into opportunities.
• Contribute to onboarding and ongoing education for the team with Education Team.
• Create cross-team feedback loops to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Coach team for High Performance and career development.
