Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical support in a SaaS/software environment
• Strong SQL skills and troubleshooting with live data
• Experience supporting production web applications
• Ability to troubleshoot across database, application, and network layers
• Comfortable working with remote servers (RDP)
• Strong English communication with clients

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues across database, application, and infrastructure layers
• Investigate system issues with SQL queries
• Resolve performance bottlenecks and data inconsistencies
