Qualifications

Candidates must demonstrate JuiceBox experience or equivalent AI sourcing tool.
Advanced English at C1+ level is required.
Proactive sourcing habits and demonstrated discipline in building pipelines.
Minimum 3 years of full-cycle or sourcing-focused recruiting.
Experience recruiting for US or global companies is highly preferred.
Expertise with Boolean search is essential.
Familiarity with ATS such as Greenhouse or Lever.
Background in tech, fintech, or startups.
Strong cross-channel outreach strategy capability.

Responsibilities

Master LinkedIn Recruiter to build precise Boolean strings and manage InMail quotas; keep pipelines clean.
Use JuiceBox for AI-powered candidate discovery to surface high-fit profiles fast.
Lead proactive multi-channel outreach; maintain candidate engagement from first contact to offer.
Move open roles forward daily; surface qualified candidates quickly and flag blockers.
Own and track metrics like outreach response, submission-to-interview ratios, and time-to-fill.
