Power Digital Marketing is seeking a contract Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles. You will ramp quickly, collaborate with the TA team and hiring managers, and move candidates through a fast, careful process with speed and care.

You will source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, use Greenhouse ATS, and apply AI tools to optimize workflows while upholding inclusive hiring practices and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Formación

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, agency or in-house.
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS.
• Strong communication with candidates and managers.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
• Commitment to inclusive hiring practices.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and clean pipeline hygiene in Greenhouse.
• Partner with hiring managers to align requirements and candidate profiles.
• Proactively source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter and build diverse pipelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first touch to close.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows.
