Power Digital Marketing is seeking a contract-style Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across several roles in a fast-paced environment. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, and extend offers while maintaining accurate records in Greenhouse.

Formación

• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Hands-on experience with an ATS, Greenhouse strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Strong communicator who can build trust with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Genuine commitment to inclusive hiring practices and diverse sourcing.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-assisted recruiting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
• Manage candidate progress in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate records and clean pipeline hygiene.
• Partner with hiring managers on role requirements, candidate profiles, and feedback.
• Proactively source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter to build diverse pipelines.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from first touch to close.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance recruiting workflows and day-to-day processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem for Talent Acquisition activities.
