Darwoft is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and scale agentic systems within a fast-growing fintech project. You will work on AI-powered conversational platforms, enabling multi-agent reasoning and autonomous actions in production.

This fully remote role in LATAM requires strong Python skills, experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks, and a collaborative, English-speaking mindset. Contractors receive USD payment and remote-first advantages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2+ years building AI/Generative AI solutions in production.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks.
• Experience with vector databases and RAG architectures.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, test, and deploy autonomous AI agents.
• Develop LLM-based systems enabling reasoning, planning, and execution.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
• Integrate AI agents with internal services and production systems.
• Build evaluation, monitoring, and optimization pipelines for LLM-powered systems.
• Apply advanced prompt engineering and tool/function calling to enhance agent capabilities.
• Stay current with Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures in production.
