Multi-LLC real estate bookkeeping

Job summary

Vertu Agent, LLC. seeks an experienced full-charge bookkeeper to manage US real estate and property entities across multiple LLCs. You will handle month-end close, bank reconciliations, AP/AR, invoicing, and intercompany transfers.

You will use QuickBooks Online/Desktop to produce accurate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, and prepare tax-ready files for the CPA. Strong English and multi-entity experience are essential; real estate experience and CPA credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-charge bookkeeping for US businesses.
• Advanced QuickBooks Online and Desktop.
• Multi-entity/LLC books and month-end close.
• C1 English, comfortable explaining numbers to owners.
• Nice to have: real estate or property management, DoorLoop, AppFolio or Buildium, CPA or accounting degree, QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Full-charge bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online or Desktop across multiple entities.
• Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations; chart of accounts cleanup.
• AP/AR, invoicing, vendor payments and collections follow-up.
• Track property income, expenses, security deposits and intercompany transfers.
• Monthly close with P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Tax-ready files for the CPA, including 1099s.
• Clean up historical books when needed.
