Job summary

Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking a skilled bookkeeper to manage US real estate and property business books across multiple LLCs. You will perform full-charge bookkeeping, reconcile accounts, and prepare monthly closes for the owner and CPA.

Responsibilities include AP/AR, invoicing, intercompany transfers, and tax-ready files for the CPA, including 1099s. Remote, full-time with US business hours; prior real estate accounting experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-charge bookkeeping for US businesses.
• Advanced QuickBooks Online and Desktop proficiency.
• Multi-entity/LLC books and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-charge bookkeeping across multiple entities using QuickBooks Online or Desktop.
• Reconcile monthly bank and credit card statements.
• Process AP/AR, invoicing, vendor payments, and collections.
• Track property income, expenses, intercompany transfers.
• Prepare monthly close with P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Prepare tax-ready files for CPA including 1099s.
• Clean up historical books when needed.
