Remote Real Estate Bookkeeper — AppFolio/Yardi Expert

REA is seeking a Bookkeeper to support our Argentina-based clients in a fully remote role. The candidate will handle monthly bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and assist with month-end closing.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and at least 1 year of AppFolio or Yardi experience, plus real estate accounting knowledge and strong English/Spanish communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience with AppFolio and/or Yardi.
• Solid understanding of real estate accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Perform monthly bookkeeping tasks: bank reconciliations, A/P, A/R.
• Assist with client communications under supervision of senior bookkeepers.
• Support month-end closing and report generation.
• Assist with new property set-ups, move-outs, owner draws, and management fees.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
