REA.co is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper for a remote position limited to candidates in Argentina. You will manage monthly bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients, act as the main contact, and ensure accuracy across real estate accounts using AppFolio and/or Yardi.

You will lead client meetings, perform reconciliations, and support month-end close, reporting, and property-related transactions while meeting deadlines. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 2+ years experience in real estate accounting/finance is required.
• 2+ years experience with AppFolio and/or Yardi is mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with clients in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members and Client Success Director.
• Perform bank reconciliations, AP, and AR.
• Assist with month-end close and reporting.
• Set up new properties and manage owner draws and fees.
• Ensure deadlines are met each month.
